# Rate limits and tiers

Limits apply per key. Each key has a per-minute request limit. Paid plans also include a monthly call allowance. See the [pricing page](https://flightqueue.com/pricing) for plan prices.

## Plan limits

| Limit | Pro | Enterprise |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Requests per minute | 300 | 1,000 |
| Included calls per month | 5,000 | 100,000 |
| Prediction window (hours) | 24 | 168 |
| Bulk airports per request | 0 | 50 |

## Free keys

Agent keys and MCP tokens are limited to 30 requests per minute. They reach only the free endpoints.

## Over the limit

A request over the per-minute limit returns HTTP `429` with this body:

```json
{
  "success": false,
  "error": { "code": "RATE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED", "message": "Maximum <n> requests per minute" }
}
```

Wait until the next minute, then retry. Do not retry in a tight loop.

## Historical data and predictions

Historical patterns use the last 30 days of data on all plans. The `lookbackDays` field reports the plan label and does not change the window. The prediction window depends on the plan. The table above shows it for each plan.
