By accessing or using FlightQueue's website at flightqueue.com and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
Description of Service
FlightQueue provides airport wait time predictions and information, including but not limited to:
- Security checkpoint wait time estimates
- Immigration and customs wait time predictions
- Check-in queue information
- FAA delay notifications
- Crowdsourced wait time reports
- Airport directory and information
Disclaimer of Accuracy
Important: Wait time predictions and airport information provided by FlightQueue are estimates based on historical data, machine learning models, and crowdsourced reports. These are not guaranteed to be accurate and should be used as general guidance only.
Actual wait times may vary significantly due to factors including but not limited to:
- Unexpected security events or closures
- Staffing changes at checkpoints
- Weather conditions
- Special events or holidays
- Changes in TSA procedures
Always arrive at the airport with sufficient time recommended by your airline. FlightQueue is not responsible for missed flights or any travel disruptions resulting from reliance on our predictions.
User Accounts
Some features of the Service require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Premium Subscription
FlightQueue offers premium subscription plans with additional features. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the subscription fees as described at the time of purchase
- Accept automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
- Cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, please contact us at support@flightqueue.com.
User-Submitted Content
When you submit wait time reports or other content to the Service, you:
- Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display the content
- Represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- Agree not to submit false or misleading information
- Understand that submitted data may be aggregated with other reports
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
- Submit false or misleading wait time reports
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use the Service to transmit malware or viruses
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FlightQueue and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLIGHTQUEUE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Missed flights or travel disruptions
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of data
- Personal injury or property damage
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
