Always arrive at the airport with sufficient time recommended by your airline. FlightQueue is not responsible for missed flights or any travel disruptions resulting from reliance on our predictions.

FlightQueue offers premium subscription plans with additional features. By subscribing, you agree to:
Family & Business Plans: Family & Business plan owners may invite up to 5 members to share Premium access. The plan owner is responsible for the conduct of invited members under these Terms and may remove members at any time. Members must have their own FlightQueue account to use shared Premium access.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, please contact us at support@flightqueue.com.
When you submit wait time reports or other content to the Service, you:
We offer programmatic access to wait time, FAA delay, and prediction data via our MCP server at mcp.flightqueue.com and our public API. Access is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
Commercial use of the MCP server or API — including reselling, redistributing, embedding in a paid product, displaying data to your own customers, or any other use that generates revenue, directly or indirectly — is prohibited without a separate commercial agreement with FlightQueue. To request a commercial licence, contact support@flightqueue.com.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke API and MCP access at any time for abuse, excessive load, unauthorized commercial use, or any other violation of these Terms.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FlightQueue and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLIGHTQUEUE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
