- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address.
- Home Airport Preference: If you set a home airport, we store this preference to personalize your experience.
- Wait Time Reports: If you submit crowdsourced wait time reports, we collect the wait time data along with a timestamp and airport information.
- Payment Information: If you subscribe to our premium service, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details.
- Family & Business Plan Members: If you create or join a Family & Business plan, we store the email addresses of invited members and their relationship to the plan owner so we can share Premium access across the group (up to 5 members).
- MCP Server Authorization: If you connect a third-party AI assistant (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Windsurf) to our MCP server at mcp.flightqueue.com, we store OAuth tokens, the client application name, and an audit log of API calls made on your behalf.
- Push Notification Tokens: If you enable push notifications in our mobile app, we store your device push token so we can send you flight delay alerts and wait time updates.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, airports searched, and features used.
- Device Information: We may collect information about your device, including device type, operating system, and browser type.
- IP Address: We collect your IP address for security purposes and to provide location-relevant airport information.

- Third-Party AI Assistants (MCP): When you authorize an AI assistant to connect to our MCP server, that assistant will receive the data it requests on your behalf (e.g., wait times, FAA delays, predictions). You can revoke this access at any time from your account settings.
- Family & Business Plan Sharing: Plan owners can see which members have joined their plan. Members do not see each other's personal data.
- Aggregated Data: We may share aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you (e.g., average wait times at airports).
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
- Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
