We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. If FlightQueue Premium isn't for you, we'll refund every cent.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund directly from your account:

  1. Log in to your FlightQueue account
  2. Go to your Dashboard
  3. Click "Manage Subscription"
  4. Select "Request Refund"

Eligibility

  • Available within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • Full amount of the most recent charge
  • Limited to one refund per customer
  • Trip Pass (one-time) purchases are non-refundable

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

After Your Refund

Your Premium subscription will be cancelled immediately. You'll retain access to all free features and are welcome to resubscribe at any time.
