Where does the live data come from?
Check-in queue time comes from the same terminal-level predictions we use in our arrival-time calculator. Baggage claim wait comes from recent traveler reports at that airport — when we have none yet, we fall back to a typical industry estimate.
Why is international slower?
International arrivals baggage claim tends to run longer because bags often wait on immigration/customs processing before hitting the belt.
Estimates based on available live and crowd-reported data, or typical industry figures when neither exists for your airport yet.
